In addition to herbal tea, it can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as herbal dyeing and herbal pillows.
Place one teaspoon (approximately 2g) of herbs into a warmed teapot and pour in freshly boiled water (150ml per serving).
Let it steep for 3 minutes and then strain it into a warm cup.
