Our return policy is 7 days. After 7 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
In order to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:

To make the return, present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (when applicable)
Once the return item is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method for the purchase within a few days.
Late or missed refund (when applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before posting a refund.

Goods on offer (when applicable)
You can only request a refund for regular priced products. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund for merchandise on offer.
Exchanges (when applicable)
We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send an email to contact@mahaloh.com and we will send the address.
gifts
If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the same amount as the purchase. You will receive a gift card via email when we receive the returned product.
If the product was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver sent the product to himself for personal delivery, we will issue a refund to the gift giver. That person will know that you requested the return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the freight to return the product. We do not refund shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.
If you are going to ship a product, consider hiring a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the product you send back.
