product exchange

- The customer may choose the same product or another according to available stock, as long as the value of the new product is equal to or greater than the exchange.

-Outlet products cannot be exchanged.
- Round-trip freight at customer's expense
- If there is a difference in value between the exchanged products, this amount will be charged via deposit in the mail account or PayPal
- 7 calendar days for exchange
- The product must be returned as received by the customer, in its original packaging, with all tags intact. It cannot show signs of use.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect, shipping is borne by the company

- Products purchased on sale will not be exchanged or refunded.
