Organically grown grapes are carefully harvested. They undergo maceration in temperature-controlled tanks at 24-26°C and then undergo alcoholic fermentation (MLF). The aroma of small red fruits is complemented by nutmeg, licorice, and chocolate notes from the barrel. A well-balanced acidity brings overall balance.
