Mallow Blue is an herb that changes from blue-purple to reddish-brown when hot water is poured over it. Its gentle flavor makes it a favorite among those who care about their voice.
In addition to herbal tea, it can be used for a wide range of purposes, including baths, potpourri, herbal dyeing, and herbal pillows.

Put 3 to 5 teaspoons (about 1g) of herbs into a warmed teapot and pour in 75°C water (150ml per serving).
Let it steep for 3 minutes and then strain it into a warm cup.

*Adjust the steeping time to your liking.
*For iced tea, steep with half the amount of hot water and pour into a glass filled with ice.
*If the water temperature is too high, the blue-purple color may not come out perfectly. The color of the infusion is derived from the ingredients, so there will be some variation. Due to the characteristics of the herbs, the infusion will change from blue-purple to reddish-brown over time.
