Peppermint is a herb with a refreshing scent and a refreshing flavor that is perfect for when you want to refresh yourself or after a meal.
In addition to herbal tea, it can be used in a wide variety of applications, including baths, soap, potpourri, under pillows, herbal dyeing, and herbal pillows.
Place one teaspoon (approximately 1.5g) of herbs into a warmed teapot and pour in freshly boiled water (150ml per serving).
Let it steep for 3 minutes and then strain it into a warm cup.
