German chamomile is a gentle herb with a slightly sweet apple-like scent. It is easy to drink and recommended for when you want to relax.
In addition to herbal tea, it can be used for a wide range of purposes, including baths, soaps, herbal dyes, and herbal pillows.
Place one teaspoon (approximately 2g) of herbs into a warmed teapot and pour in freshly boiled water (150ml per serving).
Let it steep for 3 minutes and then strain it into a warm cup.
*Adjust the steeping time to your liking.
*For iced tea, steep with half the amount of hot water and pour into a glass filled with ice.
