How to use the container (how to make yerba mate): Fill the yerba mate container about 3/4 full with tea leaves, cover with your hand, and shake upside down to mix well. Slowly return the container to its original position, tilting the tea leaves. Insert a bombilla (metal straw) along the wall of the container at the tilted end. Pour about 15cc (one sip) of 65-70°C hot water, cold water, or lemonade into the container, and drink it all until it makes a bubbling sound.
