Guidelines for use
- Stir-fry/saute: Add one small packet (5g) to 2-3 servings of ingredients and adjust the flavor.
- Soups and stews: Add one small packet at the end to add flavor (adjust salt to taste).
- Seasoning/Marinating: Rub one small packet into 300-400g of meat or fish. Tip: Because it has a strong salty flavor, use other salts sparingly. Combine it with pasta sauce or ketchup for a deeper tomato flavor.
